The Cat Educator Shelter Assistance Program (CESAP)

Cat Educator always puts the wellbeing of cats first; this is why we have created the CESAP, a program that provides volunteer assistance to shelters and animal welfare organizations. 

A volunteer program for the welfare of cats and kittens

The Cat Educator shelter assistance program provides three services: 

1. Cat Educator offers voluntary help to assist in adopting out or relocating ‘difficult’ cats, or to keep a ‘stubborn’ cat in its foster family; 
2. Cat Educator provides voluntary assistance to shelter workers by visiting and advising them, to ensure the wellbeing of resident or foster cats; 
3. Cat Educator can even be present during adoption events to give out advice and guide adopters in their choice of a feline companion. 

Training courses created explicitly for shelters are also available at exciting prices.

Which establishments may take advantage of this service? 

Every year, we choose three or four shelters to which we provide the services listed above, for three consecutive months. 

Only recognized shelters will be considered, whether small or large.

Advice and support for cats or kittens at risk of surrender or euthanasia

We provide free support via phone, e-mail or in person if an animal is at risk of surrender or euthanasia by its foster or adoption family.
